Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance equipment like CCTV cameras to identify and address potential security threats.

• Assist guests by providing directions, escorting them when needed, and ensuring their safety.

• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, or security breaches accurately and report findings to management.

• Enforce hotel rules, policies, and safety regulations consistently and fairly.

• Resolve conflicts or disputes diplomatically and involve law enforcement if necessary.

• Conduct security checks of property, including securing doors and windows after business hours.

• Maintain security logs and complete daily reports detailing activities and incidents.

• Collaborate with hotel staff and emergency services during security situations.
