Job Description

Ensuring the Company’s HR Management and Development activities effectively and efficiently organized and executed as well as aligned with the Co’s Vision, Mission and strategic focus.  Conducting work force planning, compensation and benefit studies data collection and analysis, designing policy and procedure and manage and coordinate all learning and development program design and strategies to facilitate professional development and continuous learning for highly competent employees.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Manager has the following specific duties, but not limited to:

  • Perform and supervise all company’s HR  activities;

  • Ensuring all HR Transaction processes (payroll, discipline, employee welfare)  are efficiently and effectively deployed

  • Implementing & supervise recruitment & Training process;

  • Participate on  interviews panel;

  • Obtaining feedback on HR issues from the assigned area and using the feedback to recommend and implement improvements in HR strategic and operational and service delivery,

  • Support for HR initiatives implementation as needed;

  • Manage employee compliance, reporting and auditing

  • Advice and  respond on employee’s   HR related inquiries;

  • Support to  handle employee grievance as per the HR procedures;

  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification, work Experience and Certification

  • Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Human Resource, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 5/7 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as senior officer/Team leader in human resource development/ management area
