Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of required compliance trainings by monitoring training sessions and proper filing of documentations before, during and after trainings delivered. Provide safe and secured transportation service at all the required time by making sure the vehicle is always clean, with all the required safety clearance and all mechanical care taken.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide security and escorting service all time

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, check the engine oil and oil of other parts, and change the tire,
  Assure the safety of the vehicles before any movement by checking the required checkpoints,
  Assure the cleanliness of the vehicle

• Get proper preventive maintenance service for the vehicle according to schedule and adjust, lubrication and service time by not affecting day to day work,

• Manage the vehicle logbook for fuel & lubricant usage, movement and milage, and any malfunctions and accidents and report with the given reporting schedule,

• Provide the required transportation and executive security service

• Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid accident, penalty and towing,

• Ensure all the necessary safety pre-conditions are met before getting onboard, 

• Responsible for equipment, tools, chains, spare tyres placed in the vehicles and reports any changes,

• Inform to the immediate supervisor about service, maintenance and other possible repairs needed in advance and fill in technical report,

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

• The position requires a minimum of 10/12th Grade Complete and automobile driving license.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Amharic.

• Knowledge of French language will be an advantage.
