Job Description
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for supporting all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and align with organizational objectives and labor law compliance.

Support recruitment and selection processes including job postings, screening, and interviews.
Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding procedures.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Coordinate training and development activities for staff.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, and benefits.
Monitor attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping records.
Education : Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Management or in a related field of study
Experience : on HR for diploma 3 years , degree 1 year and above
