Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the Corporate Director.

  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting documents.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic; additional languages are an asset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
