Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the roasting process to ensure consistent coffee flavor and quality.
• Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, cupping results, and batch consistency data.
• Collaborate with sourcing, roasting, and production teams to address quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to meet company and industry requirements.
• Manage coffee sample inventory and ensure proper storage conditions to maintain sample integrity.
• Train staff on cupping techniques, sensory analysis, and quality assurance protocols.
• Perform laboratory tests for moisture content, density, and other physical parameters affecting coffee quality.
• Coordinate with customers and exporters during quality inspection and shipment sampling.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
• Experience: 3+ years
