Job Description

Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a General Manager on behalf of a private company which is a highly reputed processor of top-quality chicken meat products.

The General Manager will be Accountable for is Chair of the Management Team and works closely with the other members of the Management Team in executing the business plan. The General Manager further develops and implements the strategic plan together with the Board.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Passion for the brand and the customers

  •  Hire, motivate, engage, and develop the crew

  •  Shape and guide procedures for Production, Administration, Financial & Sales, and everything in between

  •  Oversee day-to-day operations

  •  Ensure our customers enjoy our promise: Taste the Quality.

  •  Drive results, ensure a profitable operation in line with the plan for growth

  •  Manage relationships with stakeholders (e.g. Board, Farmers, Government) and key clients.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a leader in Food / Production operations

  •  Strong background in Food operations and/or Leisure / Retail.

  •  Experience in planning and budgeting

  •  Strong and connecting personality

  •  Knowledge of Ethiopian business acumen, rules, taxes, and regulations
