Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans aligned with the hotel’s goals. -  Identify new business opportunities in corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), leisure, and travel trade segments.  - Drive direct sales efforts to achieve room, banquet, F&B, and ancillary revenue targets.
