Job Description
The Junior Sales & Customer Relation Officer will support sales operations and customer service activities by assisting customers, handling basic sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales and customer relations, with opportunities for career growth within Wagwago Electric.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.
Handle basic sales processes, including order entry and follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
