Job Description
Go Express is one of Ethiopia’s fast-growing courier and logistics companies, specializing in last mile & domestic express services.
We are seeking a female Sales & Marketing Representative who will serve as the face of Go Express, both online and offline. This role combines social media hosting & content creation with direct sales and customer engagement. She will create engaging campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook while also reaching out to potential clients, responding to inquiries, and helping expand our customer base.
Salary is Negotiable!

Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content Creation
Act as the host/presenter in Go Express social media videos and campaigns.
Create and publish videos, posts, and visual content to promote Go Express services.
Organize live sessions and engage with online followers to build awareness.
Contact potential customers and businesses to introduce Go Express services.
Follow up with leads from social media and referrals to convert into clients.
Handle customer inquiries and basic service questions.
Build relationships with B2B clients, especially in retail, e-commerce, and small businesses.
Support sales campaigns, promotions, and partnership initiatives.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications
Education: Educational Background in a related field of study
Experience: 0-1 years
Strong communication skills in Amharic and English.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content creation.
Ability to balance social media presence with professional client engagement.
