Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in designing furniture pieces and interior layouts based on project briefs. - Produce 2D drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations. - Support the selection of materials, finishes, fabrics, and accessories. - Collaborate with suppliers and workshops to ensure feasibility and accuracy. - Conduct research on design trends, furniture styles, and innovative materials. - Participate in site visits, client meetings, and installations as needed. Required Skill: - Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp). - Basic rendering skills (Lumion, V-Ray, D5, etc.)  - Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills. - Passionate about interiors, furniture, and design trends.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and color schemes - 3D renderings and design packages - Prepare construction drawings, detail drawings for casework & millwork - Material specification, FF&E and site follow up. Software - Revit, D5 Render, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Suite - Specify materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories according to project needs and budget - Conduct space planning, site measurements, and analysis - Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors Preferred (Optional) Certifications & Skill: - NCIDQ certification, LEED accreditation, or similar credentials - Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards

TVET Level 5/4/3 or Diploma in Drafting Technology, Architecture and Design or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
