Job Description
Monitor and control food and beverage costs on a daily basis
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances
Analyze consumption patterns, wastage, and pilferage
Verify purchasing, receiving, and issuance of F&B items
Ensure compliance with internal controls and cost standards
REQUIRED MIN LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Diploma or Level IV
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION/ FIELD OF STUDY: F&B Control
ALTERNATIVE QUALIFICATION/ FIELD OF STUDY: Business Fields
REQUIRED MIN EXPERIENCE (YEARS): 3
Additional Requirements: Certificate of Competency (COC) is an advantage for all positions where relevant.
REQUIRED TOTAL # OF STAFF: 1
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
