Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise night shift operations and staff (e.g., reception, security, housekeeping)
Handle guest/client concerns, late arrivals, and special requests
Monitor facility security and safety procedures during overnight hours
Ensure all night audit and reporting tasks are completed accurately
Maintain a visible presence and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies
Coordinate with maintenance or housekeeping for urgent overnight issues
Job Requirement
REQUIRED MIN LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Degree or Level V
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION/ FIELD OF STUDY: Hotel Management
ALTERNATIVE QUALIFICATION/ FIELD OF STUDY: Related Business Fields
REQUIRED MIN EXPERIENCE (YEARS):2
Additional Requirements: Certificate of Competency (COC) is an advantage for all positions where relevant.
