Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform general secretarial duties: filing, typing, data entry, and answering calls

  • Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments accurately and securely

  • Assist in maintaining petty cash and expense tracking

  • Schedule appointments and assist in coordinating meetings

  • Receive and direct visitors, clients, or vendors professionally

  • Work Experience:2 years’ experience
