Manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to meet performance goals
Oversee customer service standards and handle escalated issues
Drive sales and revenue growth through business development and local marketing
Qualification: BA/Bsc Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration /Management/Accounting/ Engineering/Statics Related
Work Experience:5 years’ experience in insurance out of which 2 years in senior position

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the scale of the company with other benefit packages
