Job Description
Oversee daily operations of the branch
Supervise and support branch staff
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Monitor and achieve sales and performance targets
Manage branch cash flow and financial records
Enforce company policies and compliance standards
Qualification: BA/BSC degree in Business Administration/Accounting/ Economics/Management or related field of study
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operation of which 2 years in Supervisor/Senior Position
Other required skills: – Computer literate
Salary and benefit: – WITH THE COMPANY SALARY SCALE & BENEFIT THAT MAY BE SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATION AS APPROPRIATE
