Duties & Responsibilities: Location: Juba, Sudan - Oversee the entire Food & Beverage (F&B) department, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and catering operations. - Ensure smooth daily operations across all F&B outlets, maintaining consistent service quality and guest experience. - Prepare and manage the F&B department budget, forecasts, and financial reports.

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or Event Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years in a supervisory or managerial banquet role (hotel experience required). Location: Juba, Sudan Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee all banquet and event operations, including weddings, conferences, meetings, and social gatherings. - Act as the primary point of contact for event organizers and clients during banquets. - Recruit, train, and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and supervisors.
