Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Supervise and support junior reception or front desk staff
Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
REQUIRED MIN LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Diploma or Level IV
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION/ FIELD OF STUDY: Hotel Operation
ALTERNATIVE QUALIFICATION/ FIELD OF STUDY: Related Business Fields
REQUIRED MIN EXPERIENCE (YEARS): 3
Additional Requirements: Certificate of Competency (COC) is an advantage for all positions where relevant.
