Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and service activities within the building. - Lead and support a team of technicians across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. - Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely execution. - Monitor and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently. - Oversee operation and servicing of all mechanical and electrical systems, including elevators, pumps, lighting, and HVAC units. - Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance works. - Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and service records. - Ensure safety procedures, housekeeping, and energy-saving practices are followed. - Report system performance and maintenance status to the Property Manager.

TVET Level 5/4/3 or Diploma in Auto Electricity & Electronics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
