About Hasset Psychotherapy and Training Center PLC

Presently, the Center is seeking competent Trainers on a contractual basis to provide training for diverse audiences.

Number of Positions: One (1) trainer for each area of specialization

Trainers will be responsible for designing and delivering dynamic, learner-centered programs. They will engage participants using experiential methodologies, adapt learning to various audience needs, and support meaningful changes in attitudes, thinking, and behavior.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training modules in the area of specialization

  • Facilitate interactive workshops using experiential learning methods (e.g., role plays, case studies, group discussions)

  • Conduct needs assessments and tailor training content to target audiences

  • Integrate evidence-based approaches, tools, and frameworks

  • Evaluate training outcomes, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

  • Coach and support participants to apply new skills and mindsets in real-world contexts

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Educational background in psychology, education, health education, social work, organizational development, business, or a related discipline

  • Demonstrated experience in training facilitation in at least one of the listed specialties

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to design engaging, learner-centered content and interactive activities

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Flexibility and adaptability in working with diverse populations (e.g., youth, professionals, organizations)
