Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and manage construction site layout, design, and overall work progress.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Conduct site surveys, set out levels, and manage infrastructure components like water supply and drainage.
Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and equipment on-site.
Perform quality assurance tests on materials and workmanship.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Provide technical advice and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
Implement safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
Experience: 5 years
