Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory stock, ensuring items are stored properly and securely.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods for quantity and quality.

  • Record all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.

  • Organize the store layout for easy access and efficient retrieval.

  • Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders when needed.

  • Ensure proper labeling, packing, and storage of materials under appropriate conditions.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site personnel regarding deliveries and stock needs.

  • Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 5-3 years
