Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee equipment maintenance and administration operations.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.
Manage spare parts inventory and control usage.
Supervise and train maintenance staff, including mechanics and equipment operators.
Coordinate with project managers and teams to align maintenance with project schedules.
Monitor maintenance budgets, report costs, and control expenses.
Develop and enforce maintenance policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with relevant work experience
Experience: 10-8 years
