Job Requirements

• Hold an MA or BA Degree in Information Technology or a related field. 

• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience (for MA holders) or 2 years (for BA holders) in IT system administration or related areas. 

• Possess strong technical knowledge in networking, cybersecurity, and database management. 

• Have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. 

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
