Job Description

Ghion Gas PLC is looking to hire a Performance Planning and Monitoring Expert to strengthen its organizational effectiveness and ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational performance. The role involves developing performance plans, monitoring progress, analyzing results, and preparing performance reports to support data-driven decision-making. 

Position: Performance Planning and Monitoring Expert 

Number of Positions: 1 (One) 

Location: Head Office 

Salary: Based on the company’s scale

Job Requirements

  • Hold an MA or BA Degree in Business Management or a related field. 

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience (for MA holders) or 2 years (for BA holders) in performance management, planning, or monitoring roles. 

  • Possess strong analytical and reporting skills. 

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities. 

  • Have a solid understanding of performance indicators and evaluation frameworks. 

  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
