Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

  • Oversee recruitment processes and support onboarding activities

  • Monitor staff attendance, leave, and timekeeping records

  • Coordinate employee benefits, contracts, and payroll inputs

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: A minimum of BA degree in Management, Business leadership, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution

  • Experience:  Most have 5 years’ of work experience in Human Resource Administration roles.

  • Special requirement: Competence in MS Office,

  • Detail orientation & analytical skill

  • Ability to maintain, improve standards and performance through implementation of good practice.
