Job Description
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Oversee recruitment processes and support onboarding activities
Monitor staff attendance, leave, and timekeeping records
Coordinate employee benefits, contracts, and payroll inputs
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures
Qualification: A minimum of BA degree in Management, Business leadership, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution
Experience: Most have 5 years’ of work experience in Human Resource Administration roles.
Special requirement: Competence in MS Office,
