Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Management, Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information on products, pricing, and availability. - Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers and distributors. - Manage high-value customer accounts and key distributors. - Build strategic relationships to support repeat business and market expansion. - Review and approve quotations prepared by Sales Officers based on pricing guidelines. - Monitor order fulfillment and proactively address delays or bottlenecks. - Coordinate with logistics to ensure efficient dispatch and delivery tracking. - Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. - Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms in coordination with Finance. - Support onboarding and training of new sales staff.
