Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Develop and manage training and development programs.

  • Handle employee relations, culture maintenance, and resolve workplace conflicts.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, safety, and company policies.

  • Manage performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Communicate HR policies and updates to staff and leadership.

  • Coordinate succession planning and workforce planning.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 5 years
