Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and control food and beverage inventory across outlets and stores.

• Monitor and analyze consumption data to optimize ordering and reduce waste.

• Perform regular stock audits, spot checks, and reconciliations.

• Ensure all items leaving stores are properly requisitioned and accounted for.

• Maintain updated inventory records daily and prepare detailed reports for management.

• Control costs and monitor tips and bonuses paid to bar staff.

• Collaborate with suppliers for ordering and cost control.

• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and storage standards.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Service or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
