Ensure all items leaving stores are properly requisitioned and accounted for.
Maintain updated inventory records daily and prepare detailed reports for management.
Control costs and monitor tips and bonuses paid to bar staff.
Collaborate with suppliers for ordering and cost control.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and storage standards.
