Job Requirements
Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports. Perform complex account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis to ensure the integrity of the general ledger. Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and trends. Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard company assets. Mentor junior accounting staff and serve as a key liaison for external auditors during financial reviews.
