Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Indoor & Outdoor Salesperson to drive our vehicle sales. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads and walk-in customers at our showroom (Indoor) while also proactively generating new business by meeting with potential clients at their homes or businesses (Outdoor).

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Indoor Sales Duties:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Conduct vehicle presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.

  • Guide customers through test drives, ensuring a safe and informative experience.

  • Manage and respond promptly to inbound phone calls, emails, and web inquiries.

  • Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve showroom sales targets.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment.

Outdoor Sales Duties:

  • Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, B2B visits, and local networking events.

  • Schedule and conduct off-site meetings with potential individual and corporate clients.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals.

Shared Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate sales terms and secure financing options to finalize the sale.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an expert-level knowledge of our vehicle inventory, specifications, financing options, and competitor products.

  • Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary sales paperwork and ensure a smooth handover process to the finance and delivery teams.

  • Target-Driven: Meet and exceed individual and team-based monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive sales, or a closely related field (e.g., high-value retail, real estate, B2C, B2B sales).

  • Strong Closing Skills: A proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping people and providing an outstanding customer experience.

  • Resilience & Persistence: The ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfort using tablets or laptops for presentations.

  • Professionalism: Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to represent the company brand professionally at all times.

  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
