Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and sourcing policies aligned with business goals.
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams to define sourcing requirements and scope.
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers by conducting market research and overseeing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and service levels to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through effective Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Analyze procurement data to monitor expenditures, benchmark costs, and evaluate return on investment.
• Oversee sourcing initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
• Manage sourcing budgets and prepare procurement-related documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the sourcing process.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in General Mechanics, Electro Mechanics/Bio medical/ Bio Engineering/ chemical Engineering/ Industrial Mechanics and related fields of study with relevant work experience
• Experience: 5 years
