Since August 2017 E.C., Big Star Academy has been operating within the DMC factory premises, ensuring children receive nurturing and excellent educational services close to home.
To strengthen its growing educational services, Big Star Academy – DMC Branch is now inviting qualified, motivated, and passionate professionals to apply for the following position

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, etc.).

• Promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving in learners.

• Manage classroom discipline effectively.

• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices.

• Engage in school life beyond the classroom, supporting extracurricular and community activities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

•  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in primary school.

• Skills: Excellent English communication, subject mastery, classroom management, and innovative teaching methods.
