To propel this exciting chapter forward, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist. This individual will play a key role in identifying and securing strategic partnerships that will fuel our import and export endeavors.

As part of the expansion plan Sunshine Retail will soon operate a luxury catering service in the city.
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic well experienced Event Coordinator to help us in building of the catering business.
Responsibilities
Planning and organizing events from concept to execution
Take charge of on-site event management on the day of the event by overseeing all logistical aspects, managing event staff, and coordinating Operation and marketing activities
Manage timelines to ensure event deliverables are on time.
Overseeing seating arrangements, the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.
Monitoring the availability of catering stock and supplies and ordering replenishments
Job Requirements
Qualification
Degree in any field from recognized university
3-5 years of experience in event/catering management, or similar.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with catering and banquet management work flow
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
