About the Job - Description: We are seeking a meticulous Business Research Coordinator to be our strategic eyes and ears in the market. You will be responsible for all business research projects of our clients. Do all gathering and analyzing data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and skilled at turning data into a strategic advantage.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Requirements

  • Requirement/Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration.

  • Year of Experience: 2-3 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.

  • Special Skill: Strong analytical and quantitative skills. High proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (especially Excel). Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

  • Career Level: Mid-Level
