Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee daily on air activities across all channels to ensure smooth transmission and broadcast continuity.

• Create and manage daily broadcast schedules, including TV programs, shows, advertisements, and station breaks, in accordance with company standards and programming strategies.

• Coordinate last minute schedule changes, updates, or emergency program adjustments to minimize disruption.

• Ensure all scheduled content complies with broadcast timing, format, and technical requirements.

• Upload, organize, and share large video files through designated platforms or specialized file sharing applications.

• Maintain accurate logs and records of aired content, advertisements, and program timing for auditing and verification purposes.

• Perform regular quality checks on playlists, schedules, and on air output to identify and correct potential issues before broadcast.

• Communicate effectively with technical staff and stakeholders to ensure proper program flow and accurate scheduling.

• Work closely with the Marketing and production departments to ensure advertising placements and content delivery meet all deadlines.

• Participate in team meetings to align broadcast operations with the station’s strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Media Studies, or a related field.

• 0 year experience

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with broadcast scheduling or automation software would be a plus.

• Basic understanding of networking and media file formats.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure efficient workflow.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the broadcast schedule.
