እንደ የመጓጓዣ መስመሮች እና የእቃ ዕቃዎች ቁጥጥር ያሉ የሎጂስቲክስ ስልቶችን ማቀድ እና ማመቻቸት።
ፍላጎትን ለማሟላት እና እጥረትን ወይም ከመጠን በላይ አክሲዮኖችን ለማስወገድ የምርት ደረጃዎችን እና የአክሲዮን ቁጥጥርን መከታተል።
ወጪ ቆጣቢ እና ወቅታዊ አገልግሎት ለማግኘት ከአቅራቢዎች፣ ከትራንስፖርት አቅራቢዎች እና ከሌሎች ባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር መደራደር።
ከሎጂስቲክስ እና ከአቅርቦት ሰንሰለት ጋር በተያያዙ የቁጥጥር እና የኩባንያ ፖሊሲዎች መከበራቸውን ማረጋገጥ።
አፈጻጸሙን ለመከታተል እና የማሻሻያ ቦታዎችን ለመለየት የሎጂስቲክስ እና የአቅርቦት ሰንሰለት ሪፖርቶችን ማመንጨት እና መተንተን።
እንደ መዘግየቶች፣ ጉዳቶች ወይም በአቅርቦት ሰንሰለት ውስጥ ያሉ አለመግባባቶች ያሉ የሎጂስቲክስ ጉዳዮችን መፍታት።
የአቅርቦት ሰንሰለት እንቅስቃሴዎችን ለማጣጣም ግዥን፣ ምርትን እና ሽያጭን ጨምሮ ከተግባራዊ ቡድኖች ጋር መተባበር።

የት/ት ደረጃ: የመጀመሪያ ድግሪ በቢዝነስ ማኔጅመንት፣ ሎጂስቲክስ እና ሰፕላይ ቼይን ማኔጅመንት ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች አግባብ ከሆነ የስራ ልምድ ጋር
