Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, proofreading, and editing correspondence, letters, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.

  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining records and filing systems.

  • Organizing and preparing materials for board meetings, conferences, and other high-level events.

  • Taking accurate minutes during meetings and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.

  • Assisting with project management and following up on deadlines and deliverables.

  • Managing office supplies and overseeing administrative budgets were required.

Job Requirement

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent written and verbal command of English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.

  • Minimum A-levels or equivalent; further education in business administration is desirable.

Salary: Negotiable
