Job Description
Preparing, proofreading, and editing correspondence, letters, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining records and filing systems.
Organizing and preparing materials for board meetings, conferences, and other high-level events.
Taking accurate minutes during meetings and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
Assisting with project management and following up on deadlines and deliverables.
Managing office supplies and overseeing administrative budgets were required.
Education and Experience
Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal command of English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.
Minimum A-levels or equivalent; further education in business administration is desirable.
Salary: Negotiable
