Job Description
The LMFT will provide systemic, relational therapy to couples and families, helping them navigate conflicts, transitions, and relationship challenges to promote healthier communication and dynamics
Required Number: 1
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Part-Time)
Working Arrangement: Part-Time
Provide high-quality therapy services to couples, families, and individuals addressing relational issues
Address issues including marital discord, parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, trauma within the family system, and life cycle transitions.
Establish clear, collaborative, and measurable treatment goals with clients.
Conduct intake assessments focused on relationship history and family structure.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Master’s in Counseling, Clinical Psychology.
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is required.
Current and unrestricted license in Ethiopia.
