Tracon Real Estate is looking to hire two skilled Generator Operators for our Lebu Site. The operators will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of the site’s power generators to guarantee uninterrupted electricity supply for tenants and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control the power generators to ensure continuous supply.

• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance (oil levels, coolant, filters, fuel, etc.).

• Report faults, malfunctions, and performance issues immediately to the maintenance supervisor.

• Record daily operating logs, fuel consumption, and service schedules.

• Ensure safe operation in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs.

• Cooperate with electricians and facility management team for smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the generator room and equipment.

Professional Conduct

• Must dress professionally and wear appropriate safety gear when on duty.

• Maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude with colleagues and tenants.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical or vocational diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Prior experience in generator operation is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Ability to read and understand operation manuals and maintenance instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.

• Physically fit and able to work in rotating shifts if required.

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
