About the Role

Tracon Real Estate is seeking two reliable and attentive Lift Operators for the Lebu Site. The Lift Operators will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the building’s elevators, assisting tenants and visitors, and maintaining high safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate lifts safely and efficiently for tenants, staff, and visitors.

• Assist passengers in entering and exiting the elevator, especially the elderly, children, and persons with disabilities.

• Monitor lift performance and report any malfunctions or unusual activity to the maintenance team.

• Ensure the lift area is kept clean, safe, and accessible at all times.

• Maintain communication with security and building management in case of emergencies.

• Provide courteous and professional service to all building occupants and visitors.

• Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Professional Conduct

• Must dress professionally and maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times.

• Courteous, respectful, and helpful attitude towards tenants and visitors.

• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or technical training certificate preferred.

• Prior experience as a lift operator or in a customer service role is an advantage.

• Fresh candidates with strong discipline and reliability are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.

• Good communication skills in Amharic (English is an advantage).

• Punctual, responsible, and service-oriented.
