የስራ አስፈፃሚ ፀሀፊ መርሃ ግብሮችን በማስተዳደር፣ የደብዳቤ ልውውጥን በመቆጣጠር፣ ስብሰባዎችን በማደራጀት እና ሪፖርቶችን በማዘጋጀት ለአስፈፃሚዎች ከፍተኛ የአስተዳደር ድጋፍ ይሰጣል። በአስፈጻሚው እና በውስጥ ወይም በውጭ ባለድርሻ አካላት መካከል ለስላሳ ግንኙነት እንዲኖር እንደ ቁልፍ የመገናኛ ነጥብ ሆነው ያገለግላሉ።

  • እንግዶችን በሰላምታ መቀመል ።

  • ስአት ማክበር።

  • የደብዳቤ አጻጻፍ እና የፋይል አስተዳደርን ማከናወን።

  • የቢሮ እንቅስቃሴዎችን መከታተል።

  • ፈጣን እና ሙያዊ ምላሾችን በማረጋገጥ የስልክ ጥሪዎችን፣ ኢሜይሎችን እና ደብዳቤዎችን ጨምሮ ገቢ እና ወጪ ግንኙነቶችን ማየት።

የስራ መስፈርቶች

  • የት/ት ደረጃ፡ ቴክኒክ ሙያ ደረጃ 3 ወይም ዲፕሎማ በጽሕፈትና የቢሮ አስተዳደር /በሴክሬተሪያል ሳይንስና ኦፊስ ማኔጅመንት ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች

  • የስራ ልምድ፡ 4 ዓመት በሴክሬታሪነት ወይም በጽህፈትና ቢሮ አስተዳደር አግባብነት ያለው የስራ ልምድ ያለው/ላት
