Job Profile: Finance and Admin Officer - Textile and Garment Company

Position Overview: As a Finance and Admin Officer at our Textile and Garment Company, your main roles will include financial supervision, administrative coordination, and operational support. Your contributions will be ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

 Accounts Supervision:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, overseeing invoice processing and vendor payments.

  • Maintain financial statements, bank accounts, and general ledger entries for accuracy.

  • Collaborate with external accountants or auditors during financial reviews and audits.

  • Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expense monitoring

 Office Administration:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including office supplies and facilities.

  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment to enhance productivity

 HR Support:

  • Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

  • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.

  • Assist managers in enhancing team skills and knowledge.

 Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain financial, HR, and administrative documents, contracts, and policies.

  • Generate regular reports on financial and HR metrics for management review.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Experience in financial management, administration, and/or HR roles, preferably in the textile and garment industry.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations, HR practices, and labor laws.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
