Job Requirements
Education:
BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year (internship, project, or entry-level).
Skills/Responsibilities:
Support senior engineers in project implementation and support tasks.
Participate in troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
Proficiency in English and Amharic (spoken and written).
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong customer engagement and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Learn and adapt quickly to enterprise IT/security environments.
