The Spare part Team leader is responsible to manage spare part stock, in such a way that the required service level towards the internal customers is achieved at optimum cost.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all technical work is carried out in a safe way.

• Organize the warehouse, workplace and documentation according to the 5S standards.

• Maintain stores management. (Inventory coding, physical layout, work preparation  rooms, order tracking system, Stores reporting

• Organize identification of non-movers and obsolete spares.

• Execute spares issuing-receiving procedure.

• Ensure timely and correct deliveries, to update and take action in the event of deviations.

• Any activity assigned by the  supervisor

Job Requirements

Academic requirement: BA/ diploma  preferably in logistics or in any other field

Work experience: 2/4years of relevant experience 

Additional Competencies : 

• Problem solving, decision making & judgment skill

• Strong attention to detail with paperwork and all processing.

• Computer literate.

• Team work

• Must have a strong ability to multi-task.

• Must be detail-oriented
