Job Description
Plans, organizes, schedules and coordinates all the business development and new business initiation activities.
Coordinates and supervises activities of business development initiatives throughout the company (factories/ business units/ departments.
Closely works with the research and market development units to identify new business and potential markets for new or existing products or services.
Prepares a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Identifies unsatisfied needs and wants of customers and potential customers and change the gap into new business.
Conducts feasibility studies and provides advisory services to management.
Suggests new products/service or areas that need improvement.
Gather and selects sources of information to determine market characteristics, measurement of market potentials and market share analysis.
Monitors profitability and performance of existing products and services.
Coordinates and integrates all efforts aimed at delivering the required product/service.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Department Director.
BA Degree in Management and other related fields
