Job Title: Graphic Designer/Video Editor

Position Overview

The Graphics Designer and  Video Editor is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that promotes the company’s real estate projects, strengthens brand identity, and engages potential buyers across multiple platforms. This role combines creative design, multimedia production, and storytelling to support both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and project teams to understand campaign objectives.

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals as needed.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas.

Brand Growth & Trend Awareness

• Research and apply industry best practices in design and video editing, 

• Stay updated on social media trends, real estate marketing techniques, and emerging content formats.

• Recommend creative strategies to enhance audience engagement and lead generation.

Other Duties

• To perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor in line with the role and company needs.

Job Requirements

 Graphic Design

• Design engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and property listings.

• Design social media cover and profile pictures suitable to each social media platform.

• Create brand-consistent social media graphics, digital ads, and promotional visuals.

• Develop layouts for presentations, newsletters, and client proposals.

• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines.

Video Production & Editing

• Plan, assist video shooting, and edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, client testimonials, and event highlights with collaboration of the company cameraman.

• Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Add motion graphics, titles, subtitles, music, and sound effects to enhance video quality.

• Manage and organize video content archives for easy retrieval.

• Meet the digital marketing team’s demand of content amount.

• Provide the digital marketing team with the needed volume of content.
