Job Summary
At A Two Electromechanical, we believe great work starts with great people. If you’re someone who enjoys working as part of a team, tackling challenges head-on, growing your skills, and contributing to meaningful projects — you’ll fit right in here.
We’re a company that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration. We reward initiative, support career development, and make sure our people are recognized for the impact they make. With competitive pay and excellent employee programs, A two is more than a workplace — it’s a place to grow and belong.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee our electromechanical projects from start to finish. You’ll take ownership of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination — ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly — from the first meeting to final handover. It’s a role that combines leadership, problem-solving, and technical know-how.
Take the lead on all aspects of your projects — planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.
Visit project sites, understand the scope, and anticipate any challenges early on.
Identify opportunities to save time and costs while maintaining high standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to keep everything on track.
Attend site and coordination meetings, offering proactive solutions when issues arise.
Keep close communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Work hand-in-hand with Site Engineers to review progress and upcoming milestones.
Make sure all safety and field reports are completed accurately and on time.
Manage documentation — from shop drawings to equipment approvals and material releases.
Oversee change orders and make sure all financial aspects of the project stay healthy.
Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.
Coordinate the final stages of projects — testing, commissioning, and punch lists.
Work with the accounting team to handle invoices, progress payments, and project cash flow.
