The Finance Controller will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all accounting and financial operations of Glory Regency Hotel. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality finance, capable of ensuring compliance, optimizing financial performance, and supporting the hotel’s long-term growth. The Finance Controller will act as a key advisor to the General Manager and ownership, influencing business decisions through insightful financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial guidance and develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the hotel’s goals.

• Oversee the preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes.

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external audits.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or Master’s in Finance is preferred.

• Valid CPA, CMA, or ACCA qualification is mandatory.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.

• At least 5 years in a Finance Controller or Assistant Finance Controller role within a five-star hotel or international luxury hospitality group.

• Expert-level knowledge of hotel-specific Property Management Systems (PMS) and accounting software.

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.

• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
