Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Process, invoices, payments, and prepare payment voucher, withholding tax
Follow-up invoice collection & proper Filling (payment voucher, sales)
Assist with payroll processing and bank reconciliations
Assist with tax preparation on e-tax
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to financial data
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
Help with audit preparations and documentation
Operate cash register machine
Assist senior finance team as necessary
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0 –1 years of experience in accounting or finance
Know how in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
